How Prompt Harend currently and potentially in the future uses cookies, browser storage, advertising technologies, consent, and user controls.
What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Prompt Harend may use cookies and similar technologies on dailyharend.com. It should be read together with the broader Privacy Policy, which describes visitor information and communications more generally.
Similar technologies
Websites may also use localStorage, sessionStorage, web beacons, pixels, browser identifiers, device storage, or related technologies. These tools do not all work in the same way, and their use depends on the site features and services that are actually enabled.
Current use on Prompt Harend
Prompt Harend currently uses Google Analytics 4 for site measurement. It does not currently use advertising cookies, AdSense, or social-media embeds. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers to measure page views, traffic sources, device and browser details, and general engagement.
The site has no user accounts, authentication, contact form, or newsletter system. Prompt Harend does not intentionally send directly identifying information such as names, email addresses, passwords, or message contents to Google Analytics.
Necessary technologies
Technical infrastructure may use limited mechanisms needed for website delivery, security, abuse prevention, network reliability, or essential functionality. No specific necessary cookie name, provider, or duration is identified because none is configured in the current project.
Functional and preference storage
Future features may use browser storage for interface preferences, a theme choice, dismissed notices, or prompt display preferences. No such preference storage is currently implemented. If it is introduced, this policy should be updated to describe its purpose and controls.
Analytics cookies
Prompt Harend uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand site traffic and content engagement. Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies and use similar identifiers for measurement and reporting. The active web stream uses Measurement ID G-7PD6GFCMBR.
Analytics is not used to intentionally collect names, email addresses, passwords, or message contents. Visitors can manage cookies through browser controls. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism should be used before analytics technologies are activated.
Advertising cookies
Google AdSense is not currently installed or active. Prompt Harend may use Google AdSense in the future. If and when advertising is enabled, Google and advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, identifiers, and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud and security controls, frequency management, and personalization where permitted.
Google advertising technologies
When Google advertising is enabled, third parties may place or read cookies in a visitor's browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Prompt Harend does not control Google's data practices. For more information, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
If advertising is enabled, ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on visitor location, consent, account or browser settings, applicable requirements, and the advertising configuration. Personalized ads may use interests or prior activity where allowed. Non-personalized ads are more contextual, but may still use cookies or identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting.
Consent requirements
Where required by applicable law, consent should be requested before technologies requiring consent are used. This includes analytics cookies in jurisdictions where prior consent is required. Before Google personalized advertising is served to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Prompt Harend will need an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform integrated with relevant IAB Transparency and Consent Framework requirements.
No CMP is currently implemented. Google Analytics is configured for site measurement, so consent requirements should be reviewed for the audiences and jurisdictions served by the site.
Third-party cookies
Google Analytics is integrated for site measurement and may set or read analytics cookies or similar identifiers according to Google's service configuration. Advertising, payment tools, and embedded social-media widgets are not currently integrated. An ordinary external link to TikTok or Facebook does not, by itself, mean those platforms set cookies on dailyharend.com.
Local and session storage
No intentional use of localStorage or sessionStorage was found during the current implementation audit. Prompt Harend does not currently use browser storage for accounts, preferences, search history, or tracking, and therefore has no project-defined storage expiration period to report.
How long cookies last
Session cookies typically expire after a browser session ends. Persistent cookies may remain for a defined period or until removed. If third-party services are introduced, those providers control their own cookie durations and should be identified when relevant. Prompt Harend does not currently define cookie names or durations.
How to control cookies
Visitors can generally manage browser cookie settings, block cookies, delete stored cookies, restrict third-party cookies, and use relevant consent controls when available. Blocking technologies needed for essential functionality may affect how some websites work.
Google ad personalization controls
Google provides controls for ad personalization through Google Ads Settings. These controls matter only if Google advertising is enabled and may depend on the visitor's settings and location.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Privacy signals and browser mechanisms vary. Prompt Harend does not claim support for a specific universal Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track standard. If support for a particular signal is implemented later, this policy should be updated.
Changes to cookie use
Cookie and storage practices may change when Prompt Harend introduces advertising, analytics, donations, user preferences, or other integrations. When a material change occurs, this policy should be updated, the visible Last updated date should change, and consent configuration should be reviewed where required.

Social media links
Prompt Harend currently links to TikTok and Facebook as ordinary outbound links. The site does not intentionally load social-media embeds merely by displaying those links. Once a visitor follows a link, the platform's own cookie and privacy practices apply.
