Why corrections matter

Prompt Harend aims to publish useful and accurate information, but errors can still happen. AI products, model behavior, features, pricing, documentation, and technical details can also change over time.

This policy explains how errors and meaningful updates are handled without claiming that the library is perfect or monitored continuously.

Who is responsible

Dinda Harend is responsible for reviewing and correcting Prompt Harend content. Prompt Harend is a creator-led, single-author project rather than a publication with a separate corrections desk or review committee. More about the author is available on the About Dinda Harend page.

What may need correction

Corrections may be appropriate for factual inaccuracies, incorrect dates, wrong category or aspect ratio, incorrect master-prompt text or variables, wrong provider or model metadata, a demo attached to the wrong prompt or variable configuration, a missing or broken demo asset, an older prompt-version demo, misleading consistency or testing notes, accidental logos or branding missed during review, broken links, or a material visual limitation omitted from the page.

Not every spelling mistake or minor typo is a major correction.

Correction, update, or minor edit

A correction addresses a statement that was inaccurate, misleading, or materially wrong when published. An update addresses information that was accurate when published but later changed, such as an AI feature, price, model availability, interface, provider document, or prompt behavior.

A minor edit improves grammar, punctuation, formatting, readability, or link presentation without materially changing the meaning. These distinctions help keep change notes useful rather than documenting every small edit.

How to report an issue

Readers can email contact@dailyharend.com or use the Contact page to report factual errors, outdated information, broken links or images, prompt/demo mismatches, incorrect variables or metadata, testing concerns, attribution concerns, copyright concerns, unclear wording, or another material issue.

A useful report may include the page URL, a short description of the problem, a screenshot if helpful, and what appears incorrect. Screenshots and account information are not required, and formal legal wording is not required.

How reports are reviewed

Reported issues should be reviewed before changes are made. A typical review may include checking the relevant page, reviewing the claim or prompt, consulting reliable sources, comparing current official documentation, retesting a prompt where appropriate, reviewing attribution, and deciding whether the issue is a correction, update, or minor edit.

Not every report will result in a change. Reports are assessed on the available evidence and the materiality of the issue.

Image-prompt corrections

Image-prompt corrections may involve incorrect master-prompt text, variables, category, aspect ratio, provider or model metadata, generation date, demo attachment, demo variable configuration, broken demo asset, final-prompt version, consistency note, tested-status claim, or material visual limitation.

If a prompt is labelled “Tested,” that label should remain only when supported by actual testing. The Editorial Policy and AI Usage Policy describe the related standards.

Factual corrections

If a factual statement is materially wrong, Prompt Harend should correct it after verification. Examples include wrong feature or pricing information, an incorrect documentation reference, wrong attribution, or inaccurate product or model details.

AI-generated output alone should not be used as proof that a correction is valid. Reliable sources should be used where appropriate.

Outdated information

AI providers update models, features, pricing, interfaces, and documentation. Tools may also be discontinued, and prompt behavior may change. Outdated information should be updated when discovered and when practical.

Prompt Harend does not promise that every page is monitored continuously or retested on a fixed schedule.

Minor edits

Grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, readability, and link-formatting changes may be made without a formal correction note when they do not change the substance of the content.

Material corrections

When a change materially alters the meaning of a page, Prompt Harend may add a visible Updated, Correction, or Retested note where appropriate. Examples include reversing a factual claim, removing an incorrect tested status, correcting prompt text or variables, replacing a mismatched demo, changing provider metadata, or substantially rewriting a misleading explanation.

A visible note is not promised for every edit; the choice depends on the significance and context of the change.

Update dates

Pages may display published, updated, or tested dates when those fields are relevant. Changing a Last updated date should reflect a meaningful revision rather than every tiny formatting edit, and dates are maintained manually rather than treated as an automatic change log.

Retesting prompts

If a prompt appears to behave differently after a model or provider change, a reader reports a valid issue, variables prove unclear, demo consistency changes, or the master prompt is materially revised, it may be retested. For a material prompt change, the corrected final master prompt may require at least four new real demo variations with declared variables, followed by consistency review, metadata updates, and human re-review.

Trivial grammar or formatting edits that do not affect generation behavior do not require full regeneration. No fixed retesting schedule is promised.

Attribution and copyright concerns

If a reader believes a prompt was copied, a demo uses third-party artwork or an unauthorized image, an accidental trademark or logo was missed, a likeness concern exists, attribution is missing, or an external source was misrepresented, they can email contact@dailyharend.com.

After review, Prompt Harend may correct, replace, remove, or regenerate content where appropriate. This policy does not make broad legal guarantees.

Removals

Sometimes correcting text or replacing a demo is not enough. A prompt or demo may be removed or unpublished when it is materially unreliable or misleading, demo authenticity cannot be verified, rights concerns cannot be resolved, or the content no longer meets Prompt Harend's publication standards. Removal is not automatic for every complaint.

No silent preservation of known material errors

Prompt Harend does not intentionally leave a known material error in place simply to preserve traffic or rankings. Accuracy should take priority over keeping an incorrect statement unchanged.

AI-assisted content and corrections

If AI-assisted drafting contributes to an error, responsibility still remains with Dinda Harend. AI should not be blamed as a substitute for human accountability; a correction should address the published content itself. The AI Usage Policy explains the role of AI in the workflow.

Disagreements or unclear cases

Not every disagreement is necessarily an error. Tools can behave differently, prompts produce variable outputs, provider rollouts can differ by account, and regional availability may vary.

When evidence is mixed, Prompt Harend may clarify wording, add context, add a limitation, or explain uncertainty rather than presenting one result as universal.

Reader feedback

Reader feedback is especially useful when AI tools change quickly. Readers are encouraged to report broken prompts, changed tool behavior, unclear instructions, outdated information, and factual errors without sending personal or sensitive information unnecessarily.

Response expectations

Reports are reviewed as reasonably practical, with priority given to issues that could materially mislead readers. Prompt Harend does not promise a same-day, 24-hour, or guaranteed correction time.

Free access and standards

Published prompts are currently free to access, but free content is not held to a lower correction or testing standard. Material issues should still be corrected when identified.

Policy updates

This Corrections Policy may evolve as Prompt Harend's publishing workflow changes. Material policy changes should be reflected by updating the visible Last updated date.
